Shipping Methods:

We offer the following shipping methods:

Standard Shipping: This method typically takes 2-6 business days for delivery within Canada and the US. International shipping times may vary depending on your destination.

Express Shipping: Please contact our customer service at hello@lefaire.ca if you would like express shipping.

Delivery Timeframes:

Please note that the delivery timeframes mentioned below are estimates and can vary based on factors beyond our control. The following are the estimated delivery timeframes by region:

Canada:

Ontario (ON): 2-3 business days

Manitoba (MB), Quebec (QC): 2-4 business days

British Columbia (BC): 5-6 business days

Alberta (AB), Saskatchewan (SK), New Brunswick (NB), Prince Edward Island
(PEI): 4-6 business days

Nova Scotia (NS), Newfoundland and Labrador (NL): 5-6 business days
USA:

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated based on the order's destination and weight. During the checkout process, customers will see the shipping cost associated with their specific order. We offer free shipping on orders over CAD125 within Canada and USD150 in the USA. 

Worldwide International shipping is available and we offer free shipping on orders over USD200. Orders below the minimum will be charged a flat rate of $20 for shipping.

For international orders, customers may be subject to additional customs duties or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding potential fees before placing an international order.

Order Processing Time:

We strive to process and prepare orders for shipment within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that this timeframe does not include shipping transit time.

Order Tracking:

We provide full tracking information for all orders. Customers can track their shipments by using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email. Alternatively, they can visit our website and enter their tracking number on the designated tracking page.

Shipping Restrictions:

We ship within Canada, the United States and internationally (Australia, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR China, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, and United Kingdom).

Returns and Exchanges:

We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we accept returns within 14 days of the date the merchandise was delivered to you.

  • The items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Please note that certain items, such as personalized products, may not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • We reserve the right to assess the eligibility of returned items on a case-by-case basis.
  • Customers may only return a maximum of two (2) of each particular item, validated by a customer name and/or shipping address (i.e. We want you to try our products first - this avoids needless waste!)

For returns, products must adhere to the parameters set forth by the retailer as stated in our policy. Please refer to our Returns & Exchange policy for more details.

Return Options:

Size Exchanges: 

Fit wasn't quite right and you want to swap it for a different size? An exchange is your best option! The cost of to return your incorrect size is on us (within Canada)!

You'll receive a prepaid return label and the replacement size will be sent as soon as we've received your package back in our warehouse. The sooner you return the original, the faster you'll receive the replacement.

International Returns & Exchanges are responsible for their own shipping charges & return label.

This option will only be available if we have enough stock on hand of the preferred size - if stock is running low or it's already sold out, you will not be able to choose that size. If your size sells out before you've sent the original back to us, you'll automatically be issued a refund. As we only carry limited amount of inventory for each design/size, so the faster you get it back to us, the better your change of the alternative size being available and it reaching you!

Lost or Damaged Shipments:

In the unfortunate event that a shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support on the estimated delivery date. We will investigate this matter and will provide a resolution available within 7 business days of the incident. We will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund. Please note that all packages are insured, ensuring the protection of your order during transit.
